(no subject)

Yay, I finally got around to using http://fossilfreefunds.org/ to figure out which of my retirement funds I could switch into / out of! It's not perfect, but I'm as divested of oil/coal as I can be right now.

Survived Chinese School teacher meetings day, despite mom doing a surprise "hey you're going to run the meetings because I'm sick" thing.

I'm at the part of September where the work is piled up and I know I need to hunker down and chip away at it. It always seem impossibly daunting, but I have 10 years of experience telling me that I'll make it through.

It still feels daunting, though.

note to self: remember to reserve graduation rooms, and confirm room reservations for next Saturday, etc)
