1) She got married within a few months of your departure, and
2) She has a child whose age is roughly the same as the number of years of your departure, then
That child is yours and she secretly still loves you.
Now you may feel smug in the fact that no matter how handsome, capable, and all-around devoted husband she has, he is a cuckold and a second choice.
