Today is errand day
Mar. 25th, 2007 12:49 pmWhereupon all the random things I've let slide the last few weeks gets done.
Such as laundry. And grading. And reading about the PACT*
Right now I'm pondering a movie in the evening. Should it be...
Pan's Labrynth (PA Square, 10:05) - everyone's like omg its so deep/awesome/appreciating it shows your sophistication, which sounds cool, but also makes me a bit wary.
The Namesake (PA Square, 10:30) - which looks like a cute ethnic-finding-roots thing. It will be full of 1.5-gen angst and redemption and I will cry even though I will be able to predict every element of the movie
The Lives of Others (Guild, 8:30) - looks to be a cute movie with spying and a cute couple. Oh, got best foreign film or something?
Currently leaning towards fun German spies. Anyone in the PA area want to come with?
----
The PACT website calls it a "PACT Teacher Performance Assessment", which I find slightly silly, since PACT stands for Performance Assessment for California Teachers. It's like saying "ATM Automatic Machine"
