mrah. mailbox got corrupted, so re-copied over old mailbox on normal computer. Finally done with all grunt work for daddy. Dad celebrated with two 2+lb crabs. yum. Now CD Re-Writable drive finally works. Installed Netscape (4.x) so that can transfer and reorganize all bookmarks. ::is proud:: Bought a sketchpad and a "Unlined writing pad", aka tiny scribble pad w/ horrible paper, when off school supply shopping for brother. He's starting school tomorrow. ::smirk:: Today nicely relaxing. lots of food, computer work, and read some Lolita. That is one weirdly cool book. So well written, that you can sort of rationalize and sympathize with his love of "nymphets"... anyway.

Driving test on Friday. Haven't practiced "hill parking" (hah!), and normal parking lot parking (I can do parallel parking, but not parking lot parking.... o.O) Went on highway twice total, and need smoother and cleaner turns. Also must start consciously staying under the speed limit. >_> <_< Nothing wrong with driving 30 on Middlefield...

I think I'm going to take at least one French class in college. Reading books with lots of random French in it with no translation is really getting on my nerves. Really, what is it with Russian guys? (War and Peace, which I never really got past the long boring part, and Lolita) And there was The Awakening for Women Writers, which had random French in it (b/c it was in New Orleans). French seems harder to learn than Spanish, though. More grammar twists and pronounciation stuff? I see more "frenchies" who can recognize Spanish, than us recognizing French....

Side note.... I have so far I have posted 354 journal entries since last May, and I have posted 354 comments.... o.O bizzarre... Also, I have received 221 comments. (actually, half of those comments are my replies to other people's comments...-.-;;;) Hmm.... LJ Bio needs updating. Still says I'm a Paly Senior...
