(no subject)

Well, last night I went and watched Ghost in the Shell with Jesse, and had a nice conversation with him afterwards. The story's a bit wonky, the tendency to wax philosophical sounds especially horrible in DUB, but the production quality is quite nice and I liked the premise, if not the story. The buddhist references in the first half were quite cute, and of course, the last half is oversaturated with evolution stuffs. Jesse and I found it hilarious that boobage is part of the very skeletal framework of the "cyborg". Then they add the nipples.

Anyway, I just spent an hour washing dishes and generally cleaning up the kitchen mess left over from Wednesday's dinner. >_<. I'm thinking, maybe for the times when I invite more than 3 people over, I should charge everyone $1 for materials fee or something. Or when I want a proper dinner paaty, I'll notify everyone beforehand? ::shrug::

Mommy sent me a link to digital Chinese watercolors, which made me suddenly veryvery wanting to draw again. Maybe I'll spend part of this afternoon scanning in notebook pics from this quarter. (Yes, it's only been a week and I already have some.)
