yesterday was fun. We went to Belmont and shopped, and now I have warm-weather slippers ($10), a hat that reminds me of communist Frida ($13), and a vintage red fuzzy dress that is TEH CUTENESS ($25). <33 Now I just have to figure out when I should wear it, because it isn't exactly a casual dress... I guess whenever I feel like being flouncy, then.

I also tried my hand at the skirt thing. And FAILED. But it's all right, it's not on the real fabric anyway. And now I feel like I know a bit more about how these things work.

And of course, watched one of my favorite scenes in 天龙八部, well, actually, the whole 虚竹 arc and the awesomeness of the 少林 scene. Jinyong, you are brilliant. And Kim and I were doing fangirl cheers for our favorite hero and our favorite litte monk. \^_^/

Today's goal is to tidy up the room. But I want to go back to sleep or eat something. Or both.

Well, it's been horribly unproductive as I watch TianLong... oh well. Time to start gathering and organizing the stray papers and books about the place.

Well, I got a Chicago Card Plus today. This means that I'll have no worries about money for public transit, as it will automatically add $10 when I drop below the line. And since today is before 3/31, I get it for free instead of for $5. :D

I'm almost officially done with organizing the last two quarters' stuff, all I need to do is go out and find a file holder thing. yesh. I also brought out short sleeves and packed away sweaters.

Alas, the TianLong stopped just before the exciting parts, so I went online and read a bit of that. Hmm.. what else. Oh yes, Kim showed me the awesomeness that is Taiwanese ghetto rap! XD

Maybe I'll start working on the JAS webpage now. 9_9
