Jan. 26th, 2004 11:13 pmOMG, I'm the MASTER of cooking. Well, not really, but I just made some pretty kick-ass 花卷 for tomorrow. (I'm gonna be working directly after class tomorrow, which means bringing lunch for the 15 minute walk over. I was planning to bring 包子, but the reception for that was unexpectedly well last night, and I wanted to actually make the yeast thing work, so...) Anyway, it's yummy, it looks right, it's the right size, and I got a semi-workout from kneading the dough. ^^;; (Sushu = TEH WEAKLING)
