Oct. 12th, 2002 08:32 pmdammit, SnK is going on hiatus *again*, until November. Of course, want it to be quality stuff, but still.... ::sigh:: oh well. There's other things in life.
Had dinner with Mom's friend tonight. His daughter's a little young and hyperactive, but she's a lonely kid. Their house is quite cool, and he did all the tiling in the basement. Also got art supplies today (much cheaper than University Arts. brush pens for 1.89, trias for 3.15, etc. Sketchbooks still expensive. $4 for pencil sharpeners? grr. Also tempting set of Prismacolor markers (large box, 72? 144?) for $45. Very tempting.) . And that's all that's happened so far, besides checking email and looking for SnK update and chatting w/ Nendil (who was showing me pretty Link art. her art pretty!) . Goal tonite: finish Kirschblatt-Gimblett, Wealth of Nations. Goal tomor: write+revise essay, finish math hw, read Hum reading due Thu.

Oct. 12th, 2002 11:43 pmblah blah. well, hw mostly done for today. Was struck by insane idea to draw with mouse. (prob. from frustration w/ obtaining scanning time.) silly idea. This is why I need a wacom. (And this a 1/2 hour's work, too!) Actually, not sure if I'd actually improve w/ wacom.
