Feb. 9th, 2005 05:40 amHappy Chinese New Year!
in celebration:
- passable presentation in Imperial Cities class. Made a few decent, if not grad-level comments.
- got SGFC $$ for UChi-con
- got awesome new-year's card from brother
- did 2 loads of laundry for first time since college :D
- wrote what seems to be a pretty coherent paper. Printed out and stapled, but if I have time tomorrow morning, would give a once-over for grammar. (Grammar always issue. When writing about the writing, it's in present tense, but when writing about the writer and his times, it's past tense, right? But I like using present tense in history papers, which are mostly about past events...)
- dinner with the Yuans tomorrow night.
Tomorrow:
- 1 last paper on Aizawa (once again), and Fukuzawa
- CEAS budget poking
- Uchi-con website and flyers
- Fix Chinese School website
- Civ reading
- Scrollpainting flashcards
