(no subject)

How fitting that my final LJ post on this post is from this computer. My laptop has been shut-down and packed. Tomorrow there is Chinese School. And then I go to Aza's. Granted, I might internet there, but it will be the cusp of departure and so won't really count. I've burned the 13 episodes of Hi no Tori (don't know if they work or not, it was sort of a run-and-grab with the BT), and I've cleared this computer of my personal files (mostly AIM logs, actually).

I'm almost done packing. Well, sorta. It's kinda complicated b/c I don't want to bring a lot, but I need to bring things, including certain suitcases and bags. (For example, the most appropriate bags right now is the medium-large suitcase + a largish bag. But for winter break, I'd want a backpack and something else) There's still stuff to do, like grade workbooks, trip-planning, etc. It's also pretty definite that I'm going to Britain for a week or so this winter. At least, such is the hope.

So what I need to get done before Aza's tomorrow:
- pack (don't forget to pack passport!)
- grade workbooks
- pack books for shipping back to Chicago.
- buy backpack at Fry's?
- Chinese School - finals
- figure out method to go to Aza's.
