(no subject)

Well, last night's paper writing session was astonishingly productive. The papasan and the room was comfortable and cozy, without being too restrictive or too sleep inducing. The sound of Alexis typing in the other room was motivating. Plus I was unplugged and Isaac was very good at prodding me back to work whenever I got distracted.

Then Alexis finished her paper, so I came back and promptly fell asleep in my too-comfy bed. (4:40-ish)

Conclusion: I need a papasan and a Zen Robot.

But anyway, I did get up at 8:45 to turn in Alexis' paper, and then came back and wrote for 2 hours, and turned in my 2 papers. Now that's off my mind, I think I'll go do the dishes for ages ago that must have been bugging the roomies, take out the trash so that the kitchen doesn't smell like rotten banana peel, eat a nice bowl of cereal, and cuddle up with the Confucius book for my Confucius paper.

Hm... wonder if I can sneak into Pierce dining hall for some apples...

eeee! Jeremy & Catherine came to visit just as I was trying to poke Isaac into either napping or showering. And they came bearing food! BANANAS, APPLES, COOKIES, CHIPS. omg the <3!! Sat around and chatted. Fun people, all. :D

Um yes. Thus far I've LJed, I've dishwashed and breakfasted, and I've dozed off a bit while breakfasting, and I've friended. I guess I need to go back to Confucius or something. :)
