She drew it for Ravynfire's "Inferno's Touch", where Heero and Duo and the rest of the G-boys are firefighters, and they are currently drunk.
Edit: Hmmm... maybe I should point out that it's not like her art is *perfect*, or anything.... there's no such thing as perfect art. But I can't draw faces to begin with, and especially not drunk faces. so that's what I'm envying. And the wacom coloring
