Busy....
Well, APs are over, whew. But more terrifying are the Chem and CompSci final coming up next week. And Colored Girls starts night rehersals soon.
Sometimes, in the midst of everything, my heart would suddenly whisper to me, "college", and I feel this great excitement, relief, and general happy anticipation. Very stress-relieving.
Big goals for this weekend.
Senior Cut Day on Monday. Gonna go watch Star Wars and Spidey.
I feel alive.
What's with all these research projects? Duuude.
Haven't been online for a while. Still to find time to read LJ.
But first, must find mp3 encoder that actually works! (current one keeps on crashing computer. Bad bad bad)
And of course, our esteemed president still reminds me of a monkey. Actually, there's this picture of him on one of the books that my brother got from the library ("Our Presidents" or something of the sort) that has all his skin smoothed over, etc, and makes him look like a young Mel Gibson. >_< Scary.
Went to Colored Girls potluck today. Speed through reading of lines is absolutely hilarious. (For those of you utterly confused, Colored Girls is a play. Full name: "for colored girls who have considered suicide when the rainbow is enuf" Very cool poetry, and we've got some awesome actors. I'm supposedly doing sound for it. >_> <_< Um... yeah. Anyway, stayed afterwards and had nice chat with Nicole about fanfiction and the music work I'm supposed to be doing, and randomly flying around the room. Erg. Email. Junk mail. How come there's never any cool spam like "Find out how to act like a goddess." "Conversation topics with your internal voices" "Congratulations, a Princeton student has offered to do all of your homework for you!" "The Meaning of Life" "Crazy acts for the unstable-minded"
