I got my period! Roughly a month after my previous one! It is very exciting! (usually when my body's stressed or being not-healthy, I have ~2 periods a year, so having more regular periods means my body's moving in a healthier direction. The last time I had monthly-ish periods was spring/summer 2015). And yanno what? The whole period experience has improved so much in the past decade+. Menstrual cups are quite common now! And recently I got some menstrual underwear which means no more awkward double-pads when I go to bed! It's also so nice that in the last 2-3 years my periods have stabilized to be 3-4 days, and no longer those 7-10 day marathons with at least 3 days of extremely heavy flow where I was changing every 2-4 hours. 3-4 days feel so manageable! :D Is this what normal people have? (I feel like all of my friends have super-intense periods, either in terms of volume, frequency, or pain...)
