summercomfort | (no subject)

I finished the main bulk of my fics for the STS! (I'm dropping one, which leaves: (a) one where I wrote 20% of a complicated thing, but now I don't want to write it anymore so I might just write a short accompaniment to the pics I drew for it and call it done. And (b) wrote half of an Azzano Bucky thing for a pic that's posting on the 25th, so I just gotta get the rest of that written.) The ones that I'm planning to post on Sunday are all done except for a final read-through and the team banner.

Next week I'm going to be teaching comics remote to middle schoolers, and then after that is 2.5 weeks before school starts up again. I'll probably use a chunk of that time for lesson planning, so I think tomorrow might be the Day of Absolute Freedom, where I'm going to put aside all responsibilities and thing Creative Thoughts.

(And by that I mean... between 10am and 4pm, which, minus the hour for lunch with the spouse, is really 5 hours)

But! That's still very exciting!

I think it will be a good day to:
(1) Draft a Wong Kim Ark comic!
(2) Draft a comic for the Drop anthology

\o/ I am excited to draw again.

(Things that I will deal with not-Tomorrow:
- process and deposit Chinese School checks
- fix Chinese School yearbook pdf
- house-related clean-up and re-arranging)
