Yay, overnight trip to Aquarium a success! Headed out yesterday noon, got there ~3pm, went in for 2 hours, had Korean food for dinner, then this morning went to the butterfly place, went in for another 2 hours, then stopped by a used records shop for J to do some browsing, go home at 3pm.

Was able to drop Rutabaga off with my parents from 3-6pm and ... it's kind of amazing how nice it felt to just have a couple hours where neither of us were "on", and only had to deal with logistics for ourselves. One week down, another to go.

Anyway, I queued up my 2 fics to post, so yay! (Actually, because I have no chill, I pretended I was on east coast time and posted one already.) The other will post on the 31st. And just now I finished the yellow cat hat that I was knitting for Rutabaga while watching the first 2 episodes of Castlevania, so yay for that, too. Which means what's left is grading. (On the one hand, poot. On the other hand, I feel like I've built up enough procrastination energy to actually tackle it.)


Tomorrow: 28th
- drop off the babs, do taiko, hang out with C
- pick up the babs, hang out with G
- grade for 2 hours after babs is asleep???

Sunday: 29th
- drop off the babs, lunch, grade for 3 hours, pick up the babs
- grade for 2 hours after babs is asleep

Monday: 30th
- grab some China Comics from office, email out Chinese School make-up test
- buy onigiri-making materials
- some sort of fancy dinner?
- grade for 2 hours after babs is asleep

Tuesday: 31st
- grade for 1 hr in the morning??
- Hoosband doing some afternoon gaming thing?
- grade for 1 hour after babs is asleep?? (gotta make onigiri)

Wednesday: 1st
- make the onigiri
- taiko
- grade for 1 hour after babs is asleep??

Thursday: 2nd
- take babs to museum in afternoon
- grade for 1 hour after babs is asleep??

Friday: 3rd
- take down tree?
- take babs to library?
- grade Chinese School tests!!!

Saturday: the usual -- taiko + Chinese School

Sunday:
- last sprint of grading!!
- hem pants
