This is technically a 3 day weekend, but I've wasted much of it.
Things I should be doing:
- lowering the baby's crib one last rung since she almost climbed out of it yesterday
- starting the final round of grading -- reading 200 essays in the course of the next week, yeesh.
- there's a whole bunch of Chinese School work that I need to do -- writing checks, processing checks, doing grading and paperwork, etc.
- drafting out the next batch of rutabaga comics, although that takes a specific mindset
Things that I'd rather be doing:
- taking naps
- taking walks with Hoosband
- finishing a random fic snippet
Anyways, I have about 3 more hours today and 4 more hours tomorrow to do some things from those lists. How about: grade some right now, do Chinese School stuff after baby sleeps, work on fic tomorrow morning, then do more grading tomorrow night. Yes. Hasshin!
