Me: Okay since I basically do a full day's work on Sunday, I'm going to claim Wednesday as my Day Off. I'm not going to work on Wednesday, and instead spend it putzing around and relaxing like normal people do on Sundays. Y'know, indulge myself by going out for a nice lunch and doing my laundry and grocery shopping. Draw pictures, sit around the house in my pajamas.

Me, on a Wednesday: Okay, there's these miscellaneous work emails that I should really deal with before tomorrow. And since I'm going out for groceries anyway, I might as well stop by the print shop and pick up some work stuff...

Dad: wait, you're not at the office today?

Me: well, I'll stop by in the afternoon to check mail and stuff...

Me: dammit, I fail at not working.
