Miscellaneous thoughts while I try to deal with the Return of the Night Itchies.
Well, I managed to finish drawing the Tisquantum pages. That's 3.5 pages in the last 2.5 days! Yay! (Except I decided to add 1 more closing page, which I've sort-of laid out, but will still have to draw.)
I'm all burnt out from drawing, though. ::flubs around::
This coming week will hopefully be productive but not frenetic at work. The last 2 weeks have been super weird because 1 week I was in Pittsburg from Wed-Sun, and then last week I was basically at school doing subbing and other stuff from Tues-Fri, so I wasn't actually at work... :(. I think I'm a little behind, so I should use this coming week to catch up! p^___^q
Including: finish dad's website, start and finish accounting stuff, write job description for the graphics guy, pick topics for China Comics Round 2. Plus the usual miscellany. I also really need to translate Dad's thing -- I'm already a day late on it, so I can't dawdle much more. :/
In non-work stuff, I think my goal for the next week is to get the last Tisquantum pages emailed to beta by tomorrow night or Wed morning, and then edit the page that I've been stuck on, so that I can post it for Wed night, and then, if things work out, post a page a day until I'm done with the chapter. Then hiatus to fix everything and lay out the pages and draw China Comics 2 and read more about the Wampanoag. Maybe start Tisquantum book 2 on Jan 1, 2015???? ::hopeful::
Oh hey, I ventured into the strange new world of New!LJ and figured out how to set it so that they email me whenever an LJ-but-not-DW friend posts something, so I can finally stay caught up with y'all again! If you're LJ-exclusive, or recently-moved-to-DW, maybe comment so that I can make sure I'm following you properly?? :D???
