our podcast!
Those of you who follow Jono's blog (LJ and DW feeds also available for those curious) already know that we've started a "podcast" of sorts -- basically we spend our weekly car drive back from Oakland talking about different things, and we've decided to record our discussions.
Anyways, they used to be just raw mp3 files linked to from Jono's blog. Although they will continue to be that, I've also set up a more permanent home for them on the Studio Xia website:
http://www.studioxia.com/blog/?cat=2 The good thing about the Studio Xia website version is that MP3s have a streaming player in the browser, so you can immediately start listening and jumping around using the helpful timestamps that Jono has provided.

Thus far, we've talked about:
- Storytelling in movies like Star Trek Into Darkness and Tai Chi Zero, and also in anime like Seirei no Moribito
- Game Design stuff -- board game end conditions, old-school jRPGs, etc.
We've also recorded one about Superman and one about PTA, which Jono will edit and put up some time... Thus far recording them has been pretty fun -- it's actually pushed me to try to be more thoughtful during this weekly car journey!
