Games Knight School this year
So every year at school we have a week where the teacher teaches whatever s/he wants, and the students sign up for the class. 2 years ago I taught a comics class, last year I taught a Kung Fu films class, and this year... I taught a class about games. I decided to run the class as a game, with missions, points, levels, and rewards.
It was a lot of work -- before the class, I had to write a lot of missions, fiddle with Google Spreadsheet, and set up an entire Wordpress site. During the class, I had to read all of the blog posts that students were writing and plan daily presentations. And now I'm going to have to write a lot of comments.
But it was also lots of fun, and I'm very proud of the missions that I designed and my students' work.
You can see it all here:

Here are the Missions:

And here's a link to reading the posts by said missions:

I suggest reading some of the higher level missions, such as Boss Fight, Game Changer, Sticks and Stones, or Story Master
