busy busy
School started up again after a week's break. Today I had waaay too much talking and made my voice hoarse. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Pretty low energy the last few days, which is not good since there are Things to Do.
Today I need to finish my grading of the essays, as well as have dinner with Jono near his work and visit the Chinese Medicine Doctor with mom.
Major things this week is to actually finish the Chinese textbook editing that I've been putting off for about 3 months, be fully up-to-date on the grades, and also do the lesson planning needed for the next unit.
This Saturday I have taiko from 11-1pm in Berkeley, and then there's a school mosque visit from 2-4pm, and then I'm hosting an RPG party from 6-10pm, so I'll be quite the busy bee.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to visit Boston to see Kim next weekend due to unanticipated meeting at work, which is quite a bummer. I guess the plus side of that is I'll actually get the weekend to write my comments.
April will be the Peru trip, and the crazy weekend that involves ACen on Friday and then attending a wedding in Tennessee. Maybe to compensate for the shorter attendence at ACen, I'll get Jono to go with me and our high school anime club to Fanime for a Saturday...
Speaking of ACen, we may or may not have time to cosplay, but if we are, we're thinking of going as Jake and the mystery Vriska-look-alike.
Between all the comicking and other things, I haven't been keeping up with banjo. It's sad, but I'm not going to stress about it too much, and instead focus on getting things done.
