Seattle?

Hey, I know a bunch of you have Seattle connections. I'm thinking of taking my parents + bro up to Seattle for 2 days (6/14, 15 in Seattle). We'll be taking the train up, and probably won't get a car, although that is negotiable.

What are the good places to go and the good noms to eat? I want my parents to enjoy Seattle.

*The Wing Luke Museum in Chinatown has a lot of awesome history stuff and exhibits.

*Seward Park is really beautiful and worth checking out in the summer. Bus service is crap on weekends, so go on a weekday.

What kind of food are you looking for? Here's some basic suggestions:

Sushi: Tsukushinbo (also, they have excellent Secret Friday Ramen)
Dim sum: Jade Garden
Cambodian: Phnom Penh
Vietnamese: Tamarind Tree

Pike Place market is kind of fun. The Ballard locks are fun during salmon season, because you can watch the salmon try to swim upstream and cheer them on.

@Cafe is a nice coffee shop! (I am working there right now as a favor to the owner)
