looking for a webcomic...

This is a complete shot in the dark, but I remember clicking a link somewhere that lead to this cute comic written by and about the life of a high school kid by the name of Adam or something. Does this ring a bell for anyone? I'm trying to find it again to share with the kiddies.

Was it http://www.allancomic.com?

Should be noted that Allan has the sex occasionally, albeit in a safe-for-work way. I don't know if that would be a problem under the circumstances.

Other fun comics: Daisy Owl (http://www.daisyowl.com) is cute and funny and is a little bit like a less-depressing Achewood. XKCD is pretty universal in its appeal. I like Sam and Fuzzy a lot (although it's currently in guest comic mode.) And there's always Dr. McNinja. And Skin Horse! (http://www.webcomicsnation.com/shaenongarrity/skinhorse/series.php) Skin Horse is wacky.

Most of the other comics I like are either probably pitched too old for the demographic (nobody wants to have to sit down and explain why Henry Rollins as the pied piper is funny) , too depressing/gory/filthy/evil, too weird or not really comics per se.

Didn't think there'd be a problem, but thought I'd check.

Hmm... Girl Genius? Kate Beaton (so long as language isn't an issue)?

Ha ha, the autobiographical style kind of reminds me of sushusketches, though Sushu's are more educational!! He has a neat voice, though.
