Just visited http://www.alife4sale.com/ , where a dude in Australia is trying to sell his "life" -- his house, friends, job, etc. Not his identity, but basically what he has built up in x number of years.

Makes me wonder how marketable my life would be --- living situation, job, friends, accumulated STUFF, both positive and negative. And also how easy/hard it would be to just assume my life. I mean, are my degrees and credential saleable items? What about Chinese and Chinese School?

Anyways, odd ideas during my first break in the school week.

Well, if you sold your life, there's no guarantee I would be friends with whoever bought it. Also, as much as I sometimes wish I could buy my way into better Chinese, I think I'm just going to have to study. That's okay. I probably wouldn't afford it anyway.
