Thanks to some prodigious slacking and a failed SF trip this morning, I am woefully behind in Work To Be Done.

My order of business:
1) pretty up and send in my Summary Reflection
2) do a preliminary draft of Special Needs case study
3) write up some more of the PACT and send in what I have
