Relaxing Friday
Great thing about Friday is that there's no STEP classes. Plus, I just did the exhibition yesterday, so today there's a brief lull, before more deadlines.
So I came home, curled up in front of the TV with my laptop, and watched Stranger Than Fiction, the Will Farrel movie where he's a character in an Emma Thompson novel. Got a little too sappy at the end, but there's some fun stuff in the middle. All in all a very enjoyable free rental. (I switched to Blockbuster Total Access. Well, sorta. I'm on the 1-DVD unlimited Blockbuster plan, and then in the minimum plan with Netflix, since they have a wider movie selection. Some day I'll do a complete inventory of my queue). Oh, and took the purity test. Got 76%, which is, I suppose, better than that time in high school when it was 99.9% or something.
And then I graded. Actually, grading can be pretty relaxing when you're not worried about other stuff. When there's other stuff looming, however, I have no patience/mindset to do it. I think that bodes well for next year, where, no matter what, there will be one less hat to wear.
Oh, also played some badminton and basketball in the park with mom and brother. That was fun, too.
In the future I want to learn to dance. Salsa and swing.
I'm also looking forward to when I have my own tv in my room.
