New Layout

okay, I get to be exceptionally selfish for a few days and have fun with my journal layout. In other words, the journal is happy on IE and Netscape 6, but Netscape 4.x crashes because it can't handle the awesomeness of fixed backgrounds. I'll switch it back to plain old one as soon as I get tired of it. (b/c to my knowledge, I'm the only Netscape user around)
