Also, why are there subs in Sushi but not in Origami? :( There's quite a bit of Origami that I can't catch.

Sushi is the most popular one, and someone subtitled it? The English on the Japanese Tradition videos are sporadic. The Apologies one is pretty complete. The Relationships one *is* in English, etc etc. The Chopsticks, the Tea don't have no English...
