(no subject)

I've been feeling sickly all week. Except no fever. Just fatigue, and an unhappy tummy. (I'd have an appetite, and feel fine when I'm eating, but afterwards feel like an-hour-before-throwing-up. As in you know it's coming, but it never comes.) And back pain. :(

Mom is making me stay home from Chinese school today. I would go, but I really don't have the energy to speak in any sort of teachery tone. :(

The exciting thing of the morning is being LJ-friended by Alexis' [livejournal.com profile] benlehman (and thus finally knowing his last name!) Not only has he shown me the wonders of Sangokushi characters as busty babes, he has taken quite a few punches in my stead. :D Plus I still owe him $6. He is a game designer and thus deserving of pimpage.

Not much else to report. I just hope I feel better soon. Gotta go to Chinese school later for a meeting. In the meantime, I'll poke around on the internet to see what sort of disease I have, and do lesson-planning for tomorrow and the next 2 weeks.

Most exciting thing of the morning?

I hope you have a more exciting afternoon.

Well, at least you had a restful afternoon. I hope you feel better by tomorrow- there's nothing worse than teaching while sick. Well, there is, but teaching while sick is pretty awful.

If I were in the Bay Area, I'd definitely be visiting Palo Alto.

I'm sorry that you're sick! R. is just getting over something nasty, but luckily, I didn't get it. Hope that you feel better soon!

...My mind is BLOWN by those links. Jeebus Cripes, that is Wrong, but in the best way possible. Best Thing Ever for the day, narrowly beating out the many nicknames of the Dursley family in some parody narration of Sorcerer's Stone I watched.
