Eggs

Eggs are beautiful things, especially when cooking. I bet I can name at least 10 dishes with eggs:

tea eggs
salted eggs
deep-fried eggs
hard-boiled eggs
scrambled eggs
- with tomatoes
- with sausage
- with scallions
- with a touch of vinegar
lily pouch egg (sunny side up but better)
pi dan (the famous thousand-year eggs. yum)
egg dumplings

hmm... anything else to be made with eggs?

Xo? <--- conejita hates eggs.. evil eggs.. except for tamagoyaki.. but that doesn't really taste like eggs.. you forgot omlettes and egg burritos and egg mcmuffins and huevos rancheros and.. er.. (you notice so many more egg dishes when you find yourself in a restraunt for breakfast and there's nothing to eat except eggs) ^_^
