Lo, home from the land of Conbini and Courtesy

and many many Containers and packages.

Cat sent me an email reminding me to draw small chibis for her involving the coconut song and various heads, but having forgotten the main actor in that particular strip, I decided to chronicle my Japan adventures instead. And since there's 1 for each day, I shall post them starting next Thursday. In the mean time, know that I had much fun, sat on a heated toilet with a bidet function, ate lots of food that didn't involve vegetables, and watched big men throw each other, pretty men dressed as girls, and lotsa monks. Helena is alive and well and has a shoe closet almost as large as her dress closet, Stephen has a wireless mouse and is indeed online as much as he appears to be, and both were excellent hosts. Michelle and Keith remain adorably British.

I believe that End of the World was the party responsible for bad punning and singing in that comic.

Come on!

"I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts, didilidi, there they are a standing in a row... bombombombom... big ones, small ones, some as big as your HEAD!"?
And it's funny because see, they're not actually coconuts at all, they're heads and... oh forget it!

.."I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts" leads me directly to "the marrow song", which I am going to have to bludgeon out of my head with repeated listenings of "lets not wrestle mt. heart attack". This is your fault.
