It's a bad sign when one's mom sends message via one's brother asking whether one is still alive based on the lack of posting on one's LJ.
And so, a loong "what kinds of boring stuff I've been doing" post.
The way my schedule works, I have class from 3-6pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Plus every morning from 8:30-9:30. And then on MWF from 10:30-11:20 there's this class about Early America that I sit in on. This Tuesday we talked Kojiki, and Wednesday was stuff about cultural disaster and history and documentation, etc etc.
Concurrently, Tuesdays and Thursdays are MUNUC from 8-9. Tuesday was also Comickers, which has 2 new members, possibly. Wednesday was anime club, and did I mention I really like our lineup? Thursday, Jeremy and I walked around doing anime club stuff (our Tuesday budget was rejected because it was too large), but now we may have a new budget to be approved on Tuesday. ::cross fingers:: Friday night Joanne and I went downtown to buy board games and watch Casanova. We had dinner in a bar/grill thing that had a digital jukebox with LIGHTS, and apparently a Gazillion songs... and uses Linux and GTK+. (yay internet searches.) Casanova was a truly bad movie. Bad as in they were trying to blend farce and serious period romance, and that just doesn't work. They should have gone all the way for farce and none of this half-assed stuff. Saturday was more MUNUC (12:00-3:20), and then mad cooking for the party at Charles' place, where we dressed up and ate small food items and played board games. Yay!
And now it's today, and my priorities are as such:
1) Write fellowship app thing for STEP
2) Help Charles clean up his apartment
2.5) Do Laundry so will have clean clothes to wear
3) Go to Ed's Potsticker dinner with a whole bunch of people
4) Draw the next bit of CGU
