Resolutions!

First, last year's resolutions:

1) Create something that you're proud of, in each of the categories: drawing, writing, and academic.
- drawing is kinda no duh, but there's also the question whether I want to go more for painty-type things, or more for comicky-type things
Done Slowly getting used to the fact that yes, I'm doing CGU, and yes, it's progressing. About to launch something speshul for the new year in the next day or two. (Although grad school app takes precedence)
- writing sounds sorta silly. I know I'm not a good writer. But I seem so dissatisfied with half the things I read nowadays (when I bother to read. ^^;;), figure might as well try consciously to write something.
FAIL No longer able to compose entire sentences, that's me
- academic is really the kicker. I want to write a paper that I'm honestly proud of, a paper where I say what I want to say, clearly and coherently, and I say what needs to be said, in a carefully packaged bundle, where I tie in everything I've read in the quarter, etc, and kick academic ass.
Sorta I really liked my Imperial Cities paper.
2) Admit freely to what you want
- given that I know what I want. ha ha. Well, the first step is recognition, no?
Hah. Firstly, go me for being so vague that I've forgotten what I meant. Secondly, as if, man.

And now, this year's resolutions:
1) Learn to prioritize: Do not overwhelm self with non-essentials.
Specifically: clubs, comics
2) Graduate
3) Get a job or get into STEP
4) Spend less time online, and make online time "quality time"
5) Learn to talk to adult people

I applaud your new resolutions and reiterate my appreciation for your non-sentence-making, which delivers more punch per word than (say) this rickety thing, for all it may have its subjects and objects vaguely in the right place.
