Mooncakes, maybe?

ok, trying to remember moon cake recipe...

dough:
3.5 cup flour
1/2 cup lard
3 tbsp sugar
1.5 cup boiling water

flour stuff:
2 cup flour
1/4 cup lard

filling:
1 lb. ground pork
soy sauce
sugar
salt
green onions
starch

wrap dough around flour stuff (or put flour stuff in a dough pouch and seal it. Same diff)
roll out dough until about 1/4" thick.
Cut dough hot-dog-wise in half. Roll each half length-wise. (kina like making cinnamon rolls
Cut out little layered dough balls. Use dough to make moon cake thingies.
Lightly toast in pan
Bake at 250 degrees for 10-20 minutes

1. Add some wine in the filling;
2. Before baking, you need to make the cakes better looking: lay thme in a pan about three minutes for each side till they turning into yellow/orange.
