Bad day for the body
Ugh, body cracked up. Or rather, slipping into unbalanced-ness.
1) To begin with, body does not respond well to several days of 5 hr sleeps. So really started Tuesday with trying to wake up for class.... and feeling heart going "gah". Then happened again this morning. Been shaking randomly.
2) Today I stumbled while crossing 57th, almost dropped my sushi, and banged up the right side of my right foot. (the bit with the bone in the middle of my foot... right on the bone.)
3) Mouth sores began in full today. (Too many dumplings in past week)
4) Nose feels swollen = blood vessels inside ready to burst.
Decision:
1) need to eat more cooling foods, like cucumbers and daikon.
2) need to de-stress with a good cry and then sleep. (aiming for 7 hrs today!)
and if that doesn't work, will stop weird Chinese medicine.
But first, to write something on Chalk
