I just ordered a bunch of $8 compact flourescents online for what amounts to $3 apiece, which is should work out quite nicely, especially with the days getting shorter. I wrote a response paper on Nolan, and hope to write one between class today about Mussolini. It's Tuesday, which means that I'm cooking dinner and then going to anime club screening. But I think I will have time tonight/tomorrow morning to write up another response paper on the Fitzgerald. Then I would be all caught up in Fascism and Culture/Class. With some work on Wednesday I should be caught up in Germany, and by then I should be ready to tackle Midtermy things in Culture/Class and more importantly, Europe.
Must remind self to call Joanne once more and get plane tickets. ::crosses fingers:: She's gonna be in Germany for New Year's, so ideal would be hitting her up beforehand, so that I'd only have to get visa to Britain and not elsewhere. She gets out on the 17th. I'm wondering if I can sneak in earlier and maybe bum around London while she's doing finals. And this time I shall get a more reliable phone card!
