(no subject)

The person I usually whine to has gone off-line. I don't know why I whine to him, though. I need to spread out my whining.

I think I'm ending up as an EALC/HIST major.... ^^;;;

omfg, I'm 50 emails up and I'm still not past the stuff I got tuesday morning.

... The Nadesico song is stuck in my head. "You get to burning..."

I made shumai today.

Looking at Civ Study Abroads...
Europe:
- Athens
- France
- Rome
- Vienna
- Barcelona
Others:
- Cape Town
- Pune

I think it basically comes down to what languages I want to take some of.... French, Italian, Greek, or German. I wanna do either European history or India. I guess I might be taking French some time? Or German? But Italy is so beautiful!! And I've heard some bad things about the Paris program.

Hm... Maybe Vienna.... *_*

Civ Program apps are due 2/16.

I might be co-prez to Calligraphy club.

Whoa, got to Sunday night. OMFG, 80 emails. Someone kill me now.

Lots of stuff to do. But sleep first. Joanne may be able to give up sleep, but I can't. Sleep is the most important thing in the world.

I suggest not going to Paris. The U of C staff in Paris is pretty unreliable and not there for you at all.

What about Cape Town... Table Mountain is beautiful too

but probably the only thing to learn there is Afrikaans... *grins*

I've heard really good stuff about the Vienna program... not that I'm the person to ask about study abroad ^^; I've never had a chance to leave the country, except for Canada.

Ooooh! Fun choices! My vote is for Barcelona because a)you already know at least some Spanish (even if half the people speak the Catalan dialect) and b) Barcelona is a really cool city!

BTW, when are you looking at going? Some time next year I hope!
