WHY IS THERE CRAP ON MY CHAIR WHEN I WANT TO SIT DOWN? Oh yeah, b/c I put it there. ::moves crap to bed::
Why are my ears all numb? Oh yeah, b/c I was at Synaesthesia. That was fun, though. P1xel and the Chronic Network (glam rock? dunno. They're each supposed to be a color, dresses up funky, and plays slow or fast things. ::!know music-speak:: ::thinks about Gravitation:: ^^;;), wearing white + touches of their color, with projection onto them and to screen behind that has video of them playing in color. They each have a "double" who walks around giving champagne flutes of pure-color m&ms and colored toys to people. Milk and water is served, everyone wears white. Basically, very classy. I spent the first half of the concert filling m&m champagne flutes and finding ice (or rather, finding Paul so that he can let me into the basement to get ice), but I did get to watch/hear about half an hour or so. Very nice. ::happy:: I'd also like to note that the green server worked really hard, was always walking around and gave out all of his stuff. The red server probably gave out only 1/4 of her flutes. Now I want to know who the green guy is, b/c he seemed like a cool guy. (And why was I there? SMAC, of course). and SOMEONE STOLE THE LEFTOVER M&Ms. ::pissed:: So yeah, lots of fun, ears still numb. Have decided that I need to someday go to real concert. ::nod::
What is this beauty on my bed? LotR:TTT, which arrived at around noon when I came back for a quick lunch. Much loves! Now must wait for Joanne to come back from becoming a citizen so that we can coo together. We also need to coo about the classes for next quarter.
Add: Oh yes, forgot about last night, hung out with anime club ppl for a bit. Tasted some sake and choya. Listened to amusing sing-alongs. I need to take these people out karaoke-ing!
