okay, so QingQing (roommate #2) is cooking and talking with her friend, and the kitchen is right next to me. And I want to write my paper. I also want some fresh air. If I close the door, I still hear their voice. If I open the door, I also get the grease from their cooking. But there's also a semblance of fresh air. It's so stuffy in this room I can't think. Ah, the reason I couldn't open this window is b/c I'd locked it and put draft blocky things over the lock. But I still smell the grease b/c it's right next to the kitchen window.

I've been avoiding online comics recently (at least, ones that require commitment) because I know how time wasting they can be. Alas, I followed a link from Nukees to Absurd Notions, and thus had to stay up till 3 last night reading it. ::sigh:: I like pretty art, I like history and Chinese stuff, and then there's the closet ::geek!:: side that enjoys stuff like Nukees and GPF. And now RPG looks distractingly interesting... d00d, I pull off this living vicariously through others thing pretty well! What is also weird is that right after reading all that Absurd Notions, eptified links to it from his LJ. Yay for anime club cool people.

Add: I look at the other apts available now, and think: d00d, I'm so glad I got this place! The only way the location could be better is if it's on 57th and Kimbark, right by Noodles and not as far from groceries.

Add: QingQing is gone now. Time for last minute BSing. Gods, I'm so not in the state of mind for this. My brain feels so ... dull. I hope it's not b/c of the gas leak in the house.

if there was really a gas leak, you'd be dead now.

There were 2 deaths of gas leaks in Shanghai last week. It's serious.
