Mystic River didn't fall through b/c it was totally sold out. Saw Under the Tuscan Sun and Pirates of the Caribbean instead. Both decent movies with unsatisfactory endings. If you chop the last 5 minutes off of each, then you get a better movie. I personally think the Commodore guy was sweet. Orlando Bloom needs to just be Paris and be over with.
Saturday was my first "flocking" experience with CUSA... we went bowling and then dinner in Chinatown. Then went to Joanne's first party (she made a tequila sunrise for me! Apparently did not drink enough to experience effects of alcohol). It was technically a fencing party, so I was just a groupie. Trivial Pursuit lasted a long time, though. Then came home at 1am and worked on the handout for Calligraphy Club today (I was responsible for today's lesson) Barely finished the handout in time because I overslept (5 hours instead of 4). But it was all good. I think I'll find some time to run through it again, reformat a page, and then leave it be. So Calligraphy stuff ended at 4:30 ish, and so I've been resting since... making some dinner, reading email, etc.
Roommates are complaining that they never see me, which needs to be corrected. I sense the following week to be very homework-oriented.
