Goal! Incentive!
Okay, I'm going to try for this: http://shop.aiptek.com/?page=product&product=HP8U as something to eventually get. 8x6 sounds like the right size. it's half a sheet of paper, right? And at $80 (including shipping), it's a pretty decent deal. And I remember using dabbler in 8th grade. Hopefully it's cooler now, but it's like Painter for kids... I think. (Overall better deal than the intuos: http://www.wacom.com/productinfo/6x8.cfm , $350. Intuos is better, but not $300 better, thank you)
Of course, I feel bad asking my parents to buy, especially since I've spent so much money this quarter. So I'm gonna propose this for myself: I have $1200 left in my bank account. If I spend $500 per quarter ($200+ for books, $100+ for food, $20+ for transportation...$50 for movies... I'll just have to carry less cash w/me when I go to Walgreens and bookstores.) for the next 2 quarters, I'll have enough money left over for this, (and maybe even a canon scanner!) I'm disregarding my "job" right now, because the registering ppl haven't contacted me yet. This will be incentive to cut down on the concerts and movies and food, etc. Wow, hard goal. Especially with x-mas shopping coming up. hopefully everyone got their secret santas?
