why does all GW authors like to torture Duo? And why are the pilots either angsty as hell or kinky as hell? and in either case, they can't think straight. And all of the characters have been stereotyped and overdone to tiny cardboard people. (Or mutilated cardboard shreds, in the case of angst.) There's Wufei the silent, Trowa the silent, Heero the silent, Duo the bubbly, and Quatre the bubbly. Or, if you want the angst version: Wufei: "my wife is dead, I can't live." Trowa: "My voice box is dead. finally." Heero: "my soul is dead. go me!" Duo: "I want to be dead. leave me alone." Quatre: "oh no! everyone's dead! oh, hello, Dorothy" Can Quatre not be capable of angst? (and by angst I mean good angst) And can Duo stop being the sextoy of every fanfic writer? And everyone makes Heero either too human or too mechanical. It's not the pilots who are insane with too much angst, it's the authors. And why do I even want to read this stuff? I've been off it for almost the whole quarter!
