summercomfort | Teaching Chinese. .... gah!

Ack.... I taught a chinese class today. I was all nervous last night and couldn't sleep. It's just a class of first graders, a bunch of six-year-olds. It was okay at first, but when I actually had to teach them the characters, they stopped listening. The people who already knew it weren't helping, and neither were the people who didn't bother to learn. grrr..... it ended on a bad note. at least I got paid.

Nicole came over to visit, she's taking a figure drawing class right now. ::envy:: but anyway, we had fun talking. Now I just have to figure out dhtml. grrr....
