Well, the oral part went well, I think. The prof has an amazingly good ear. "you're from Shanghai, aren't you?" umm... yeah, (curse my imperfect mandarin!). And it was kinda hard to not mention my parents when she asks questions such as "How did your Chinese get to be so fluent?" "Who taught you?" "So you went to Chinese School?" umm.... yeah. I mentioned SCS, but only that. However, because there was a long line of interviewees, I missed lunch from our cafeteria, and therefore shelled out $4.50 for a lunch at the C-Shop.
And just now I had spent another $2 printing out E-reserves. boo. And it's a total waste of paper because our dorm printer can only print one-sided. bigger booooo.
