Maccha Soft

Much as I love Bay Area asian grocery potential, I have yet to find my beloved Matcha Soft candies. Come to think of it, only Mayflower Foods at Chicago Chinatown had them... But yes, milky and sweet on the inside, lightly powdered with maccha powder on the outside. <3

Any suggestions of where to look?

Try the huge Korean grocery stores on El Camino near Lawrence in Santa Clara, or Nijiya on El Camino in Mountain View. They tend to have pretty big selections of candy, and depending on if there's been a big matcha craze, you might be able to find those! Sounds yummy!

I have yet to find my beloved usu-shio ChipStar chips that are produced by Nabisco in Japan here in the US. I've looked everywhere! They're so delicious!

Would Mitsuwa have it?

Actually, I looked when I was there last weekend... and they don't.
