The tape is just a shape made with the select tool, then I make a gradient inside the shape and drop the opacity. The photo anchor triangley things are once again just a selection with a cream color dropped in, the canvas texturizer dropped on top, and a shadow added to the layer. Yeah, I typically do them individually but I made a photoshop action to do the filtery/shadowy stuff automagically.
