Dozed off from 9 to 11, whereupon got woken up by knocking of Jimmy the repair man who wanted to "check the stove" but really just wanted to light his cigarrette. Began tackling to-do list, with frequent boring interludes of online-ness (b/c everyone else has a life)

- laundry
- minor packing All that's left is the laptop and the sketchbook
- tidying of the apartment emptied all the trash, mopped the floors, etc.
- several trips to the library to return books 1 trip due to clever utilization of backpack
- clearing out the fridge. Found out I don't have to do this b/c she's coming back *tomorrow* instead of in 3 days.

Have been failing at packing, mostly due to forgetting what "60 degrees" signifies. Looks like I have to find my short sleeved shirts again.

And in-between all that, got a new LJ just to try out the new system. Also contemplating gettin LJ paid account, if only to try out phone posts and stuff. Might even be induced to new icon-ness, as I'm sure everyone's tired of the "meh".
