Went a-studying after dinner out (out! at Hutch! w00t! XD) with Joanne on the Reg A-level. Then got lured to her home (Shoreland! XD) and we studied some more. Went to bed (sleeping bag in dining room) circa 1:30am, woke up circa 8:40. Joanne had already left for her other final, after about 3 hours of sleep. (o.O)
But yeah, I wasn't home last night. That might explain things for people who tried to IM.
Islamic Civ final today was ... yucky. Couldn't come up with 10 points for some of the IDs. In-class essays had no thesis/coherence.
Joanne.... I'm so used to her being strong, dealing with things, getting things done, etc. I didn't know what to do with her near tears like this. She worked so hard on the Islamic Civ paper and she got a worse grade than I did b/c she got the harsher grader. Then she finds out that she didn't have to audit the French class, she didn't have to take the French final, that's a whole quarter of 9am classes and long homeworks that she didn't have to do.... Makes me feel so useless that I don't know how to comfort her. ;_;
